Eliot trained at The Guildhall School of Music and Drama.

Theatre credits include: Life x 3, The Proposal, The Real Inspector Hound (Frinton Theatre).

Eliot won the Lilian Baylis award for 2003/4 and is a fluent Japanese speaker and interpreter for the National Kabuki Theatre of Japan.
